🤝 What Is the Ice Cream Shop Volunteer Role?
As a Fusion Ice Cream Shop Volunteer, you’ll help the team with real-world enterprise tasks, including:
🍨 Customer Service
- Greeting families and customers
- Taking orders
- Assisting with flavour choices
- Serving smiles along with scoops
💰 Point-of-Sale Skills
- Operating the register
- Handling payments
- Giving change and receipts
📦 Stock & Presentation
- Restocking flavours and supplies
- Helping to keep the service area clean
- Assisting with display presentation
🍦 Food Safety & Hygiene
- Following safe food handling procedures
- Maintaining clean and tidy workstations
